 Baldwin's life story continues to spiral downward. You can't make this stuff up. Please read what a reporter from the Vindicator has discovered. Baldwin has strong connections to women who have disappeared, never to be heard from again, or died way before their time. Financial records indicate Baldwin spent money donated to a dog rescue scam that he was running on gifts for these women. He also bought a gun with the rescue's cash and wore that gun on his hip when he was posing as an animal control officer.
